Integrating young birds, 5 weeks old, into a flock of 3 Jersey giants

I need some advice! I have 5 five week old Brahma chicks, recently my one Brahma rooster was found with a puncture wound on his neck and his head partially scalped
We have brought him inside to treat him and he is doing very well! Today another Brahma chick was found and her comb was bloody and worn down. Both chicks he gotten out of their enclosure and were found in the main coop were the big girls can go. I’m not sure if they are getting scared of the big girls and hurting themselves on the chicken wire or if the big girls are pecking at them, which I’m mostly sure it’s the big girls hurting them because they do have signs of aggression towards the Brahma chicks. Me and my fiancé both work and are gone from 7-4 so supervision during those times just isn’t logical for us. How should I go about integrating the Brahma chicks into the flock of these unsocial hooligan Jerseys!
the best idea I have is to make them a small door to escape back into their enclosure, and make it to where all of them can be out with the big girls so that not just one chick is out to be pecked at and picked on.

Hello and welcome to BYC! Glad you joined.
You should keep the chicks in a large enclosure inside the coop that they can't get out of and the JGs can't get in but everyone can see each other. Leave them that way for a week then fashion a door or 2 that only the chicks can fit through and only open it when you can monitor the first couple of days. The chicks will stop going into their enclosure when they are ready to try to integrate.
Giving everyone lots of space, places to hide and extra food and water stations during integration in crucial to success.
