Integration question

I have kind of a different question. I've seen a lot about integrating chicks into an established flock, but what if I wanted to add a couple of adult hens to a flock of ten 6-week-old chicks? Potential problems and pitfalls? I'd appreciate any advice. I'd really like to add a couple of established layers but I don't want to cause anarchy either! Lol

Bringing in pests and disease is the biggest potential pitfall when starting with adults birds.
