Interesting Combs on my rooster

This silkie half breed is now just growing into it's comb and wattles and starting to crow. I noticed it has a different kind of comb. A outside part and a inside part. Outside looks like buttercup and the inside is a wavy single comb. Any know a name for this? Or does someone have something similar?

Does he have 5 toes on each foot ? He looks like a silky cross.

His dad is a full silkie. But this one only 4 and featherd legs
