Here in the past month or so my egg yokes keep braking in the frying pan. I crack them open and put them in the pan with yokes in tact. After cooking a few seconds the yoke starts running out. Are my chickens not getting something in their diets to keep this layer between the yoke and white separate? They act just like they where old. I collect in the morning and within an hour they are cooked for breakfast. John
 
If you'll refridgerate them for a few hours they will hold together better. Sounds like they are getting a good amount of water.

Also, you may want to turn the heat down to keep them from popping and breaking the yolk.
