Internal pip?

Just wondering if this is an internal pip, or shadowing? I had messed up my hatch date (I thought it was yesterday), but it’s actually Friday. It seems to be bobbing up and down.

Shetland. I got it in a batch as an extra, and it's the only one that developed.
