Internal pipping?

I have some Cream Legbar eggs under a broody and none have pipped the shell. I candled all 4 of them to see what was going on and the air sacs are the size they should be but with quite a big dark thing in them. It is not a beak so I'm thinking the head? What is it?

Usually,all you can see is a big, dark mass as the chicks are ready to hatch. It's like, the egg is just so full--the chick is taking up all the space in there and you really can't see much.

So I would just let the broody take it from there and do her job. The hardest part is the waiting......
