Intro and first time chicken owner

Hello there from Oregon. We have a 6.5x 11' coop with built in henhouse on the second story. An almost finished coop I should say, still needs rainproofing. We have 5 chicks that are about 7 weeks old. WE have a PBR, SLW (probable roo), White Crested Black Polish, Mottled Houdan and an Ameraucana. We live in a suburban like neighborhood just outside the big city limits.
