(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
My mum breeds turkeys and has crossbred chooks for chickens, but I haven't kept or bred any personally yet.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
None yet
(3) What breeds do you have?
I am looking at getting Silkie chickens for breeding as pets to sell.
(4) What are your favourite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
I like playing with the baby chickens and 'taming' them so they're friendly when they grow up.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Horse riding
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I live with the family on a hobby farm and we have a couple of dogs, horses, goats, etc. The dog keeps rats and foxes away (one of them does at least - the other just likes herding the chooks and traumatising them)

It kept coming up when I was googling questions
