Introducing a new Roo

I have a new young roo and 3 older hens, all bantam, I want to make into a flock. The hens have been together forever, their oder roo died a few weeks ago . I'll have a new coop and run done in the next few days to put them in. What would be the best way to blend them?

I would put him in there at night when they all have gone to roost!!
