I have introduced my 3 hens to 3 new chicks that have their feathers and are about 6 weeks old. At first they got along okay. Than out of no where one of my hens starting pecking at one of my chicks. I caught her doing it again and the poor chick was in the corner with its head covered while the hen pecked feathers out and ate them! How do I stop this and heal this poor chick?
Thank you for any advice.

Personally, I'd separate the chicks from the hens until they're a little closer in size and able to stand up to the hens a little better. If that's not possible, can you put some hideouts in your coop and run? Add extra feeders and waterers? I would put Blue Kote on any open wounds. Chickens will pick at an open sore.
