I don't think I've ever seen chicks grow that fast, but he grew fast too so it's inherent.

Fast growth without body problems is a great thing! SOmeone should study it. You should look into breeding Nugget specifically to look at those genes. I always feel so sorry for those poor meaties who grow fast and cant get up, break their legs, tip over etc... They could use some of Nugget's DNA!

I know, I just feel awful for any animal that is bred to grow fast, get big, and die young, and not have a good life in that short life they do have.
