Introducing ducklings to older ducks....

I know this has probably been asked before. I have three ducks that were hatched March 7th and 16 that were hatched April 25th. So seven weeks difference in age. How soon do you think I can put them together in the same pen. They are currently in a see but no touch pens. Do I need to wait till the 16 get their juvenile feathers or could I introduce them earlier?

I just introduced my older ducklings with my 3 week old ducklings 4 days ago and they are doing great the first day there was a little bit of pecking from
My older drake but now they all
Lay on him and suntan

Should I be worried about this or is this establishing a pecking order?

That’s exactly what my older ducklings did to the smaller once only lasted a maybe a day off and on not even few hours now they all hang out sleep together all day with no problems at all
