Introducing ducklings to pullets

How do I introduce my ducklings to my pullets? I was told the sucks were around 2 weeks old, and my pullets are about 3 weeks old. My sucks are also very scared of anyone who goes near the brooder. How can I gain their trust?

Well, ducks at that age can be very nervous of anything that is up above them.

Many people do well by spending time near the ducklings, offering treats (after they have had a little chick grit for a few days so they can "chew"). Talking, singing, just sitting quietly can help.

And it can take a while. It took weeks for my Runners to get through their anxiety that kicked it at about 3 weeks. But now they are quite fine, not nervous, very friendly. None likes to be picked up, but a few like to come over for pets, all will eat out of my hand.
