Introducing mature hens to 13 week old pullets/cockerel

I have 3 cockerels and 7 pullets all raised together (first flock). I have a chance to get 2 laying hens from a friend’s flock….how would you suggest integration go? My teenagers free range, I thought I might make a chicken tractor for the 2 new hens and keep them in that until every ignore each other? Any tips or maybe a better idea?

When you first bring home the new ladies you'll need to keep them quarantined well away from your flock for a few weeks, to be sure they don't bring in any illnesses. But once the quarantine is over, having them where they can see each other, but not actually touch each other works really well. It usually only takes a week or two.
