Introducing myself

Hey Yall, I thought I'd come post this thread and introduce myself since I'm new to the "Backyard Chicken" and new to the entire raising chicken lifestyle. I'm from a very small town in Southern Oklahoma and I am starting to spend much of my free time studying about every aspect of raising chickens. I grew up on a horse farm, then moved on to a cattle ranch later in my teenage years. I'm a avid outdoorsman and truly love everything about farming, ranching, hunting, fishing, gardening and living the outdoors lifestyle. I'm here to learn and am open to any tips, ideas, or words of wisdom.
