Hello all,
I was raised on a farm for the majority of my childhood but had strayed from it. My family and I have recently decided to get back into it.
Last week we purchased out first feather babies! We now have three white Pekin ducks that are a little over a week old and 10 Rhode Island Red chicks that are just a few days old.
I am looking forward to the fun my kids and I will have taking care of our newest additions, but, I am also very excited for the fresh eggs!
I'm a stay at home mama that is busy taking care of my babies, my animals, and working on my degree in Crop and Soil Science online!
I found BYC while searching around online to answer my many questions about raising poultry and I knew this was something I would enjoy being a part of. Looking forward to being a part of the community!
