We first got chickens last spring, started off with four.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
10 all together
(3) What breeds do you have?
Buff orpington, a couple I don't know, and a few lavender
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
The eggs of course are always a plus, but I love watching them!!
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Reading, gardening
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I'm a referral coordinator/patient navigator for a clinic in my small town. I have two Bonus sons and my threenager with my boyfriend of almost 7 years. I live in a very small town (3000 people) in California.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
Found yall on Facebook! Been following for a few months now. It's nice to have somewhere to go if I haven't questions and see everyone's different chickens and set up.
