I bought my 4 baby ducks on March 9th, they are 2 Pekin and 2 Rouen. I’m loving how adorable and cute they are and can’t wait for them to get bigger. However every time I go to tractor supply they have had khaki Campbell babies and it’s taken every ounce of will power to not bring some home. They are just adorable and I’m loving the color of them. If I go back I’m pretty sure some will be coming home with me. Is it safe to put the babies with the older ones that are a couple weeks older or will they need to be separated?

You should separate the brooder so young one have a chance to play catch up when tiny as when you got your first they can get trampled on with older duckling but after a few weeks they should be fine together since they will be living side by side and can see each other.

Ok that’s what I was thinking but I wasn’t sure. Thank you!

I forgot to take some when I was just out there. I was worried about checking all the baby chicks I had for pasty butt and to make sure they were ok cause I found one dead today. ☹️ I for sure will make sure to get some in the morning!

Ok

They are adorable!
Thank you. I always made fun of him when he would flap his wings because they are small. Kept telling him he was going nowhere fast. Then about a week ago he managed to get about four and a half feet off the ground. I had no idea he could do that.
