There’s a poultry show tomorrow and I will finally be getting some hens, happily unrelated to my boys. I have 2 remaining roos. (Butchered the rest) What is the best way to introduce them? Will the boys be fine because they are finally getting girlfriends. Or do I have to watch for aggression?

You always have to watch for aggression when adding new birds.
First, quarantine the new birds for at least a couple weeks, if not longer, you gotta watch for diseases. Don't want your boys getting sick.
If I were you, I'd take the roos out and put them in a small pen, then put the hens in the main enclosure and put the roos where they can see. Let them interact through some mesh small enough that they can't peck each other, watch how they do, and then put them together and continue watching. Make sure the gals have plenty of places to hide in, especally places that aren't corners where they'll get trapped.
How many hens? You'll want at least 5 per roo.
