How do you introduce bantam chicks to your adult flock? They all are around 7 weeks old.

They are now pullets & cockerels, not chicks.
You do it the same way as with any other integration. LOTS of space and resources. They need multiple places to get food and water, places to jump up on and preen, things to hide behind and lots of organic matter to scratch through.
