Introducing new ducks to existing flock

We have an opportunity to bring on 5 new Pekin ducks into our existing flock of 5 ducks/2 drakes. Our current ducks are Ancona and Khaki Campbell. They are about 16 wks old. Super sweet. My question is, are ducks accepting of new "family" members or do they tend to be like chickens and get mean?

We had one of our Ancona's get attacked by a raccoon and we had her in the house for well over a month. We just re-introduced her to the flock and they were so sweet and welcoming. Our big drake was so sweet to show her the ropes. I don't know if they did this because they had known her previously or are they just not mean like chickens?

I've only had 3 ducks so far, but I've had both sides. The first 3 ducks (2 drakes, 1 hen) were led by the hen, and were 7 weeks old at the time. I went to introduce 2 more hens at 4 weeks old, and the first hen just bullied them around. They weren't allowed in the pond, or to eat or run around with the group. The older hen was also a little loud, so she found a new home. The day after that, the drakes were swimming in the pond with the little ones, watching over them, and cuddling them.

My ducks get along fine when they are not locked up, but the two full grown ducks are afraid of the ducklings. I have tried locking them up in the same coop at night and the ducklets chase them around. I am just locking them up seperately for now, until they are full grown and might get along better. I have enough summer housing to house the two "flocks" seperate, but not enough winter housing. I sold my drake because he would attack one of the ducklets during the day. Now I just have two drakelets and 6 ducklets as one flock, and two ducks as the other.
