Introducing to established flock

I have a small flock of 3 Barred Crosses, a Dom (1 Roo / 3 Hens) and 2 EE Hens (introduced about 2 weeks ago .... EE are still LOW on pecking order but nothing serious. They just run away, my little 'chickens' lol. My question is I want to take snarky my Roo out of flock (he absolutely hates me and goes for me any chance he gets) and add young EE pullet and Roo which are only 4.5 months. The established flock is 6 months to 1 yr. How long should I wait to intro? Like I said the "old" ones have my 6 months on the run. No real nastiness (blood, feather loss etc) but I do have a area fixed for them to eat and drink separately if need be.
