I never introduced myself. I am Terry. I retired to Nicaragua about 7 years ago. I had chickens when I was little but now I have a lot of chickens and 8 Turkeys. I do not know how many chickens. I married into a family that has had chickens as a major source of sustenance for generations, but that does not necessarily mean they know everything. So I drop by here to get or give an opinion. Or just read about other people watching the Turkey television while I watch Turkey television.
We raise Spanish Turkeys that look like their wild cousins, Rock Cornish for meat, and Criollo for eggs and Old hen stew. Actually, I like to make chicken enchiladas with my old hens. So flavorful.
