I am a preschool teacher for 14 years and we have been hatching eggs in our school for that long. We have hatched button quail, buff geese, several kinds of chickens. We currently have a buff american goose. We are looking for a female companion as she is a pet not for laying purposes but just a well loved year old goose.

You may want to post on the "Geese " thread and ask if you should get one the same age or younger, as a companion to your goose. I don't know if geese are accepting of new birds.
