Introduction

Hi all, I live on a remote island off the west coast of Canada (Haida Gwaii) I've been around/ had chickens most of my life. My wife and I currently have 2 flocks of about 16 each chickens in 2 coops with outdoor runs and one flock of ducks about the same size in their own coup, all various breeds. We have a bad raccoon problem here so have to build the coops very secure. I joined because my wife had a allergic reaction to a freshly hatched duckling and there is a reference here about it. Anyway it's good to be a member, thanks for having us
