hi there! i go by sleepy online.
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
i am new to keeping birds, yes, but i dont keep chickens specifically. i keep button quail!
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
none, but i do currently have 12 button quail.
(3) What breeds do you have?
n/a
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
its super fun, as a homeschooled minor i usually find myself having lots of free time, and having these guys definitely blocks out the boring-ness of being homeschooled.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
i really like doing art!
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
i currently only live with my mother, and i dearly love her. we have 3 cats who are very mischievous.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
when i started researching button quail care wayy before i purchased mine, i stumbled upon this lovely website! i learned a ton here, and became way more prepared when the time came to get my little peepers!
