Introduction

Hi guys!

My husband (26) and I (23) are new chicken owners.

We got 3 in April this year and started out. Then we got 12 more of which one hen died unfortunately.
Our flock is mostly Leghorns, two I think Black Sussex, few Easter Eggers, one buff Orpington.

5 weeks ago we also got 9 supposedly female Muscovy ducklings.

I really enjoy the routine of taking care of animals. Helps me to get out a lot especially in the early morning. Chickens are also very entertaining, cute, funny and surprisedly smart in their own way. They can be pretty dumb to lol

In our free time we like hiking, shooting, taking care of our animals. I'm into Art and Music as well.

We moved to Texas from Germany a little more over a year ago and are planning to move to Oklahoma in 2023.
