We had chickens as a child growing up, how ever just got back into it since my son whom is in FFA, wanted to get some regular sized chickens. HE just had to have me go look at a neighbors Silkies .. well that done it .. I know have 10!!
2 Buff, 1 Blue, 1 Splash, 1 Black, 1 White, and 4 Partridge.
We also have 2 dogs, two chinchillas and my sons other 13 or so various breed fullsize chicken and he has a set of Bantam Cochins
I found BYC on Google search when i was researching to see if Silkies were for me, and found it a wealth of information and alot of good people.
