Introduction

Being outside they should be able to find their own grit right now it just seems to be your house at thee moment.

You can put a small bowl of grit right out by their food and see if they will eat from there. I am sure other members will jump in and give you a few more idea's.

Boy have they grown. They just grow up so fast.

Giving them something to do too may help if your already offering them grit in a bowl, I saw some pics a while back where someone had hung a cabbage outside for the goslings to chew on, head or leaf lettuce would also work, they love to peck and chew so giving them things that they can do that too may save the house. They sure are cute.

Goslings also like chewing on things at certain ages - like puppies. Last year mine loved an old garden glove -- carried it around, and chewed on it. Same with an old plastic kids toy. It was hilarious seeing them fight over who got to play with it.

So you could always just give them a variety of new things that would be safe for them to chew on -- again, just like a puppy! https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/779963/introduction/10#

And, the more time on the grass to eat, the less they chew on things - or each other. I did give mine a couple chunks of grass that had grown through cracks in a driveway (knew it didn't have weedkiller on it of course) and they loved that.
