Ipod Touch 3.0

I got a Ipod Touch today *jumping up and down in joy* and I'm loving it so far. I was wondering, is paying $10 more for 3.0 worth it or should I stick to the 2.2 that's on it right now? I'll probably wait a bit either way, just in case it decides to break on me but I wanted some input from those who already have an Ipod Touch.

I have the "old" iPod Touch and I love it.

You might want to look on Apple's website and see what the updates have that your version does not. Also, consider if you plan to purchase/download apps for the device; what version will most of the developers be designing apps for....things like that.

If you are going to use the calender function and gaming than 3.0
is worth it.

I upgraded my iPhone 3g yesterday and I love the new OS.

CL had a good point about apps too. If you are going to use that thing,
and trust me you will, spend the $10 and upgrade.
