Is 27% Protein to much? is 18 % better

Is this food to high in protein Kent Home Fresh 27 Poultry.

We currently use the Chick GO which is medicated but I want to get them all off the medicated feed in a few weeks. And the 1st set won't be laying till Oct or Nov

For chickens the 18% is fine, for turkeys and game birds you'd what the higher one.
