Is 4 weeks to early?

Here are some tiny chick pics. Hubby picked these guys up for me so I am going by his word on what they are. He said the yellows were pullets (um, they are Cornish Rocks) and the others were assorted reds. One looked different than the other, it seemed to have a solid colored back and you can see it in the 1st outside pic.
