Is a circulated air bator better/easier 4 a first timer? Opinions??

I'm getting ready to order eggs, and I'm wondering if I should have gotten a still air bator instead of a circulated air bator. Its a little giant and I'm going to add an auto egg turner.

What has your experience been?
