Is a very large air sac an indication of shrink wrap?

I am hatching shipped eggs that arrived with damaged air sacs. They had been shaken so bad that some of the eggs had bubbles in them. The air sacs are over twice as large as they should be. I'm on day 22. I had internal pips on day 21, but no external pips. Can they become shrink wrapped without an external pip? And if so, how can I tell if they are shrink wrapped? This is my first time hatching eggs with damaged air sacs. Usually I would just give them time and not worry, but the extra large air sacs make me wonder if they have room to move for pipping.
