Is anyone here a tattoo artist?

I was wondering what exactly I have to do to become one. I know that in RI I need a license, and I should be an apprentice for a while, but other than that all the info is pretty vague. Any help?

I'm thinking maybe cjeanean is maybe going to school for that or maybe its piercing... can't remember. I would go to a tattoo shop and ask...
