Is Charlotte really a Charlotte? **UPDATED** New Pic added

This is my 12 week old Black Langshan, Charlotte. Can anyone tell from this picture if it's pullet or roo?

I think it's a cockerel.. But i only owned a trio and can't recall what the male looked like, i'd expect, with those feet. Comb, and size... It'd be a cockerel though.

First picture made me think pullet.
