we recently got 7 chicks 1 we know is a rooster his name is charcoal and he is a black copper Maran we also think another one is a roster who is a Easter eager he doesn’t have a name.. we have for acres and one full grown rooster on it already we will have 17 hens. The full grown rooster is very aggressive towards humans. Just saying all this to ask is four acres enough for all of them??

note we are not sure the Easter ether is a roo but still even if he’s not is that enough for two?

Yes.

See sig below for my flock size. 4 acres is plenty.

I have about 4.5 acres under electric fence. Roughly 1.75 acres of "pasture" where they spend most of their time, and around 3 acres of highland hammock/underbrushed natural forest where they sometime head for grubs, etc. PLENTY of room. The green is growing far faster than they can eat it.

That said, my birds free range extensively and daily, but I feed them a commercial mix (albeit 25-30% less than if they didn't free range). If you plan on them getting all their nutrition form your pasture, that will depend on what you are growing, what season, and will need the advice and experience of someone far more qualified than myself.

Hope that helps.

But is it ok for 3 roosters??

Yes. Though individual roosters vary. I have many more roosters than that presently, though only one is currently sexually mature, I've had more mature males than that at one time. Two of my ducks are drakes as well. If its concerning to you, consider a "bachelor flock".

I feel dumb asking this but what is a Bachelor flock
its a flock of just males. with no females to fight over, differing flock dynamics arise. its not something i have personal experience with, but there are regular posters here who have had success with it and have discussed it in the past.
