I've had two egg bound hens. The second is in the basement "infirmary" at the moment after a warm bath. Both of my hens who have been egg bound are elderly, relatively speaking.
Is this usually an age related thing or can hens of any age get egg bound? Are older hens more prone to getting egg bound?
