Is Hazel a He? 3.5 month old buff brahma

Hi! This is my first post! I bought 4 sexed pullets at 2 weeks old in January. Now I'm concerned that Hazel, my Buff Brahma, seems to have a lot of red comb/wattles and saddle feathers and irridescence in her tail. She/he is a little over 3 months old. What do you think? Do I have a cockerel?

Aww shucks I'm not allowed to have roosters - but maybe I can get at least some fertile hatching eggs before he crows and goes! Thanks y'all for the speedy input!

Update - I had to return Hazel but I did get some hatching eggs from him first! His first baby just hatched out today - it's half Buff Brahma and half black satin Silkie
