Is it fertile?

I just got 2 partridge silkies yesterday. there was an egg with them too. The seller said that one would be fertile because it was with a rooster. Today there was one more egg. They are separated from the other chickens. Could that egg be fertile as well?
 
If that hen was with a Roo then yes it could still be fertile up to a couple of weeks ( I think). Maybe longer.
 
From what I've read and heard, the Roo's sperm can remain inside the chicken and fertilize eggs for up to 4-5 days. That seemed to be the general consensus when I did my research.
