Is it hard to learn to vent-sex day old chicks?

and how do you do it?

i know i'm a newbie, but why does no one post photos of little baby chick bottoms for others to offer an opinion on their gender?

any advice would be great

Vent sexing is very difficult and isn't as easy as just looking at the butt. Below is a link to video that shows how it is done.

I don't think you can vent sex "day old" chicks can you? I was of the impression they had to pretty much be newly hatched, that it couldn't be done after they have gone potty?
