Is it illegal to dub a rooster in Phoenix,AZ or in the US?

I have always been asking my self this question if it is illegal to dub a roosters comb in Phoenix Arizona or in the United States

Any game cock that is shown at a poultry show has to be dubbed or get dis qualified. It's not illegal.

Ok Thanks I feel much better knowing it's not illegal to do it cause i've thinking it to do it to my phoenix rooster but if it was illegal i wouldn't cause I don't want to get in trouble but thanks for clearing it up for me I appreciate it
