Is it ok if a seabright Rooster makes babies with a large breed bird?

Our GoldenSeabright Rooster is trying to have sex with our bigger girls, and they're a large full size breed. She sits there and lets him do this, and if he succeded and there were babies, would there be problems genetically or anything from one being a tiny banty and one being full sized

Chickens are chickens, and if he manages to get the job done the offspring will most likely grow to be mid sized birds. There will be no genetically caused problems.
