I have duckling that hatched about 3 this afternoon. Is it ok to leave them in the bator overnight? should I put water in for them? I am new at hatching ducklings. I have hatched chicks many times. Are they like chicks and are ok without for awhile?

Yes, overnight will be okay. Ducklings are pretty much the same, in that they absorb a yolk and can live off it for a while. I wouldn't go much past tomorrow morning, though!
