is it okay to open my incubator if some eggs hatch early

it is day 19 and two chicks are already hatching, once they're dry is it okay to open my incubator to get them out? will it negatively affect the other eggs?
what should i do that would be best for them

Yes, just top off your waters when you open the incubator.
