Is it Pingu or Pinga??

We thought he'd be a roo because of his big legs as a chick,... but now Im not so sure. Hoping for pullet, s/he is a sweetie!

Anyone know what the breed is? The breeder doesnt own any dominiques..... she said it was a mix most likley- she had 4 or 5 hen/roo types.

Cockeral. He's very young to be that red in the face.

He will probably start to get pointy hackle and saddle feathers in the next couple weeks and begin crowing sometime soon as well.

He may also get the gender specific red/rust in his shoulder area as he ages.

He seems to have only one copy of the barring gene and has a rose comb.
