Is it safe to say that one of my pekins is a girl and the other a boy

I have 2 pekins about 3 weeks old both born on the same day. One is significantly larger than the other like 2 inches bigger. Could the bigger one be a boy? Or did one hit a growth spurt early

It will be easier to tell if we have pics

Otherwise I would listen to the voices..the boys are raspy and the girls are loud.Yours a probably still a little young for voice sexing yet....
