My chicks are about 3 weeks old. There is a brooder set up in the coop to keep them separated from the adults. I would like to move them out at least during the day soon to get them and the big girls associated before they are too big to be in my garage. My problem is, the daytime high temp in the coop ranges between 90 and 100 degrees right now. Is that too hot for them to be in there?

IMO, It would be too hot in the coop, even with ventilation. I suggest keeping them in the kennel, out in the run, or if you don’t have that, out where they free range.
:)
