Is It Too Late In The Year?

Hola! Is it too late in the year to start to hatch chicken eggs? It's early June and if I hatch them now, would they get their full feathers before the cold starts to set in? We live in a mountain but it stays pretty warm at day and kinda cold at night yr round. We have about 250 days of sun and have a monsune season.

I'm in the Arizona desert and have hatched out chick's even in the fall. Once they are fully feathered, they can be moved out to the coop.
