I really wonder why my chicken eggs are sometimes being gone. The only one in the pen and coop are the goats. Do goats also eat eggs? And even eggs with chicks inside?

Yes goats eat eggs. They also eat chicken (cooked). I recommend you build your goats a separate place pretty far away from the chickens unless you want to be missing eggs
